Now that the holidays are finished, it's time to get back to BLOGGING!  The Chef decided to create a traditional 7 Fishes Italian Feast for Christmas....mmmmmmmmmm....

Bacon Wrapped Scallops over a vinaigrette salad
White Wine sauteed Calamari
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Main Course.... LOBSTER Mac&Cheese and Panko Encrusted Link Cod (fresh caught)
